7. Live Mentorship Programs

Missing a live session does not automatically entitle you to an additional session, refund, extension, or replacement unless expressly agreed by Ommni Prime.

Ommni Prime will not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Failure to provide required information or assets
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Changes requested by the client
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Unless expressly agreed in writing, implementation services do not guarantee any specific advertising, revenue, sales, lead generation, profitability, or business outcome.

9. Client Responsibilities

Where you participate in mentorship, consulting, or implementation services, you agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information relevant to the service.

You remain responsible for:

  • Your advertising and marketing claims

  • Your accounts, platforms, payment systems, and business operations

  • Spam members
  • Promote unrelated products or services without authorization
  • Misrepresent yourself or your relationship with Ommni Prime

Ommni Prime reserves the right to remove any participant from a community or program environment for serious or repeated violations of these standards.

Where appropriate, removal from a community or program for misconduct may occur without a refund.

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as payment gateways, communication tools, advertising platforms, webinar platforms, learning management systems, or social media platforms.

Your use of such platforms may also be subject to their respective terms, conditions, and policies.

Ommni Prime is not responsible for outages, restrictions, suspensions, policy decisions, technical failures, or other actions taken by third-party platforms.
